Notes from 10/19/04 Meeting:
Here are the action items that I recorded from tonight's meeting.
Jeff
- Follow-up with Mr. Bearden re: payment to Ed Warren (drill writer)
- Get call list for Trustees
Jeff - for Cheryl
- Verify 6th grade concert date. Pasta dinner?
- Final decision for the parade. Uniforms for parade? Request for
raincoats instead.
- Status of All Night Party
- Notify Cheryl re: Symphony concert (same night). Probably no pool.
- Parents feel the band deserves the part even if they don't make
States.
- Is there a need for the $5 charge?
- Who is recruiting for parent chaperones?
- Tickets for States. How many? How many does she need for coaches
etc.
- MCBA patches. We have the paperwork. Do the Boosters pay for these?
- Remind students that Boosters will be collecting uniforms after
Durand for cleaning. Need to remove all personal items from uniform
bags.

- Follow-up re: 3 Men and a Tenor. Check with Dave Martin re: seating
for SL Auditorium
